The invention discloses a battery pack equalization management system, which comprises a data acquisition end, an equalization module and a data analysis module, and particularly relates to the technical field of equalization management. According to the invention, the data of the battery cells in all the battery packs in the new energy lithium battery automobile is collected by setting the data collection terminal, and the data analysis module calculates and obtains the self-equalization time of the new energy lithium battery automobile based on the current change of the capacity of the battery cells of the new energy lithium battery automobile in different periods. The equalization module judges whether active equalization is needed or not on the basis of the current battery pack state of the new energy lithium battery automobile and the average working duration of the new energy lithium battery, and the duration of each equalization of the new energy lithium battery automobile is shortened in an active equalization mode. The situation that normal use of the vehicle is affected due to the fact that one-time equalization time of the new energy lithium battery vehicle is too long is avoided, and the energy utilization rate is increased.

    本发明公开了一种电池包均衡管理系统,包括数据采集端、均衡模块和数据分析模块,具体涉及均衡管理技术领域;本发明通过设置数据采集端对新能源锂电池汽车内所有电池包内电芯的数据进行采集,数据分析模块基于当前该新能源锂电池汽车在不同时期电芯容量的变化计算获取该新能源锂电池汽车的自均衡时间,均衡模块基于当前该新能源锂电池汽车的电池包状态和该新能源锂电池的平均工作时长对其进行是否需要主动均衡判定,采用主动均衡的方式减少了新能源锂电池汽车每次均衡的时长,避免出现新能源锂电池汽车一次均衡时间过长导致的车辆正常使用受到影响情况的发生,其提高了能量的利用率。
