The invention discloses a power battery pack equalization system, a battery replacing system and a battery pack. The power battery pack equalization system comprises a battery pack and an equalizationdevice. The battery pack comprises a battery group, a voltage acquisition module and a control module; the voltage acquisition module acquires the voltage of each single cell in the battery group andjudges whether the single cells are to be equalized or not according to a preset judgment rule; if so, an equalization instruction is sent to the control module; on the basis of the equalization device, the control module performs equalization control on the to-be-equalized single cell according to the equalization instruction. Therefore, aproblem that the charging and discharging capacity of thebattery pack is restricted in the charging and discharging process of the battery pack because the performance of the single batteries of the existing power battery pack is inconsistent is solved. Inaddition, theinvention further discloses a battery replacing system and a battery pack; and the battery replacing system is used for replacing the power batteries and equalizing the power batteries;the power battery is composed of N battery packs. After implementing of the scheme, the satisfaction degree of the user is improved.
