The invention discloses a steel ball outer cone wheel type frequency conversion device for a vehicle air conditioner. The device comprises a speed regulating mechanism and a frequency conversion mechanism. The speed regulating mechanism comprises four baffles which are the same in structure and are connected in sequence, and arc-shaped grooves in an annular array are formed in the edges of the baffles; an output conical shaft is rotationally connected between the two baffles located on the left side, and an input conical shaft is rotationally connected between the two baffles located on the right side. Roll balls are arranged in the corresponding arc-shaped grooves of the four baffles, and the spherical surfaces of the roll balls make rolling contact with the conical surfaces of the input conical shaft and the output conical shaft correspondingly. The frequency conversion mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the fourth baffle and used for adjusting the radius ratio of contact between the rolling balls and the conical surfaces of the input conical shaft and the output conical shaft, and therefore the rotation speed ratio of the input conical shaft and the output conical shaft is adjusted. The transmission ratio between the driving shaft and the driven shaft is controlled through a simpler mechanical structure, and air conditioner frequency conversion is achieved. Compared with the prior art, the device is long in service life and higher in reliability.

    本发明公开了一种车用空调钢球外锥轮式变频装置,包括调速机构和变频机构。调速机构包括结构相同且依次连接的四块挡板,挡板的边缘上均开设有环形阵列的弧形槽;位于左侧的两块挡板之间设有转动连接的输出锥形轴,位于右侧的两块挡板之间设有转动连接的输入锥形轴。四块挡板相互对应的弧形槽内均设有滚球,滚球的球面分别与输入锥形轴和输出锥形轴的锥面滚动接触。变频机构设置在第四挡板外侧,其用于调节滚球分别与输入锥形轴和输出锥形轴的锥面接触的半径比,从而调节输入锥形轴和输出锥形轴的转速比。本发明用更简单的机械结构来控制主动轴和从动轴之间的传动比,来实现空调变频。相比较现有技术,本发明寿命长,可靠性更高。
