The invention discloses a riser flexible joint elastomer element for offshore oil and a manufacturing method thereof, the element comprises an upper flange with an outer spherical surface, an inner spherical surface of an elastic rubber body is anchored on the spherical surface of the upper flange, and a plurality of layers of reinforced steel plates are arranged in the elastic rubber body. The outer spherical surface of the elastic rubber body is connected with a lower flange with an inner spherical surface in an anchoring mode, and a plurality of evenly-distributed rubber communicating holes are formed in the reinforcing steel plate in the circumferential direction and the axial direction. Gaps of the reinforced steel plate layers, rubber communicating holes in the reinforced steel plates and anchoring grooves of the upper flange and the lower flange are filled with the elastic rubber body through mold pressing vulcanization or injection vulcanization; according to the structure, the shear load on the upper portion of the elastic body assembly can be transmitted to the lower portion, the shear load of each layer of the elastic body is evenly distributed, the stress condition of the elastic body is improved, and the fatigue life of the elastic body is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种海洋石油用立管柔性接头弹性体元件及其制造方法,该元件包括具有外球面的上法兰,所述的上法兰的球面锚固有弹性橡胶体的内球面,所述的弹性橡胶体内设置有多层增强钢板,所述的弹性橡胶体的外球面与具有内球面的下法兰锚固连接,增强钢板沿周向和轴向均设置有多个均匀分布的橡胶连通孔,弹性橡胶体通过模压硫化或注射硫化将增强钢板层间隙、增强钢板上的橡胶连通孔、上法兰和下法兰的锚固槽充满;本发明的结构有利于弹性体组件上部的剪切载荷向下部传递,使得弹性体各层的剪切载荷分布均匀化,从而改善了弹性体的受力状况,提高了弹性体的疲劳寿命。
