    本发明涉及一种驱动器,属于飞机及船舶设计领域。本发明运用于静止的流体之中,在整体驱动器不发生位移的情况下,通过马格努斯效应产生推力,其外部能设置覆盖率高的保护罩,有效避免驱动器自身受到损坏或对外部造成伤害,且对周围流体的影响范围小。本发明包括马格努斯转子,传动装置以及保护罩。在动力驱动下,传动装置带动马格努斯转子同时进行自转与公转运动,利用流体中的压强差产生推力。马格努斯转子的自转角速度与公转角速度比值恒定,以此降低保护罩内漩涡对马格努斯效应效果的影响,其比值亦可根据保护罩内不同流体的特性进行调整。本发明安全,对流体的影响范围小,便于进一步开发和商业化,在飞机及船舶领域可运用实施范围广。
