The invention provides an electric vehicle charging scheduling method and system based on user charging time preference, and the scheduling method comprises the steps: building a first mathematical model with the maximized user charging satisfaction degree based on the user charging time preference; establishing a second mathematical model of the flattened load demand curve based on the operation safety and economy of the power grid; the first mathematical model and the second mathematical model are solved, the charging power, the power distribution network node voltage, the line load rate and the transformer load of the electric vehicle in different time periods are obtained, and a dispatching scheme of the electric vehicle on the day is formed. Firstly, based on the user charging time preference, the user is charged at the expected charging time, and the public can be encouraged to participate in energy transformation; the load demand curve is flattened as much as possible, the purposes of reducing network loss and facilitating scheduling are achieved, the charging demand of a user can be met to the maximum extent, and the requirement for safe and economical operation of a power distribution network can also be met.
本发明提供了一种基于用户充电时间偏好的电动汽车充电调度方法及系统,所述调度方法包括:基于用户充电时间偏好,建立用户充电的满意度最大化的第一数学模型;基于电网运行安全性和经济性,建立扁平化的负荷需求曲线的第二数学模型;对第一数学模型和第二数学模型求解,获取不同时间段电动汽车的充电功率、配电网节点电压、线路负载率和变压器负荷大小,形成当天的所述电动汽车的调度方案。先基于用户充电时间偏好,使用户在期望充电的时间充电,有利于鼓励公众参与能源转型;尽量使负荷需求曲线扁平化,达到降低网损,便于调度的目的,既能够最大化满足用户充电的需求,又能够满足配电网安全经济运行的要求。
