The invention discloses an electric vehicle reservation charging scheduling method based on a charging emergency index; an operation control management center, a charging station and a pure electric vehicle form a charging network; the method includes scheduling a charging queue at the charging station according to a charging emergency value so as to acquire a chargeable moment EACT when the electric vehicle passes through different charging stations; further calculating a total travel ending moment when the pure electric vehicle goes to each charging station for charging based on the chargeable moment EACT of each charging station; and enabling the cloud control management center to select the optimal charging station as soon as possible based on the end moment of the total travel. According to the invention, through application of the charging emergency value, complete charging of the pure electric vehicle within a limited time period can be guaranteed to the maximum extent, and the application can maximize the utilization rate of the charging station deployed in a city; and by introducing a reservation method and based on global scheduling of the cloud control management center, load balancing in a charging network is realized, the charging waiting time is reduced, and the total travel time of the pure electric vehicle is effectively reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于充电紧急指标的电动车预约充电调度方法,运控管理中心与充电站、纯电动车组成充电网络,本发明通过对充电紧急值对充电站处的充电队列进行调度,以获取通过不同充电站的可充电时刻EACT;并进一步基于各充电站的可充电时刻EACT计算出纯电动车去往各充电站进行充电的总行程结束时刻;云控管理中心基于总行程结束时刻最快选择最优充电站点。本发明通过对充电紧急值的应用,可以最大限度保障纯电动车在有限的时长内完成完整充电,此应用可以最大化部署在城市充电站利用率;并通过引入预约方法,基于云控管理中心全局调度,实现充电网络内平衡负载,减少充电等待时长,有效地减少纯电动车总行程时长。
