The invention discloses a method for improving accurate metering of a skip bucket of a mine inclined shaft based on remote control, which comprises the following steps of: embedding an electronic hoist scale in a peach-shaped ring connecting device of the skip bucket, calculating the real-time weight of the skip bucket by using a parallelogram rule and a trigonometric function according to tension displayed by the electronic hoist scale and a rail inclination angle; and then subtracting the self weight of the skip bucket to accurately calculate the instant ore quantity of the skip bucket during each lifting. The device is not easily impacted by the weight of ore, does not need to work in a large-current working environment, is not easily damaged, can accurately meter the ore amount of the skip bucket on line, and realizes real-time monitoring.

    本发明公开了一种基于远程控制提高矿山斜井箕斗精准计量的方法,通过在箕斗桃形环连接装置中嵌入电子吊秤,通过电子吊秤显示的张力,结合铁轨倾斜角度,利用平行四边形法则和三角函数计算出箕斗实时重量,然后减去箕斗自身的重量来精确计算出箕斗每次提升的即时矿量。本发明不易受到矿石自身重量的冲击,不需要工作在大电流的工作环境,电子吊秤不易受到损坏,同时可精确在线计量箕斗矿石量,实现实时监测。
