The invention discloses a separation control method and device for an electromagnetic jaw clutch of a gearbox special for hybrid power, and the method comprises the steps: in a parallel mode, a vehicle control unit HCU sends an instruction to an engine electronic control unit and a dual-motor controller MCU after judging that the whole vehicle meets the separation condition of the electromagnetic clutch, and sends a separation instruction to a clutch control unit CCU; meanwhile, an instruction is sent to the dual-motor controller MCU; the separation action is completed; monitoring rotating speeds at two ends of the clutch, and judging whether the clutch is separated or not; according to the separation control method for the electromagnetic jaw clutch of the gearbox special for hybrid power, interference of an additional executing mechanism is not needed, and stable separation of the electromagnetic clutch is guaranteed by controlling the shaking torque of the generator P1 through a software strategy; no additional sensor is needed, the change condition of the rotating speed difference of the front end and the rear end of the jaw clutch is monitored through a software strategy, whether the jaw clutch is disengaged or not is determined, and an accurate basis is provided for mode switching.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力专用变速箱电磁牙嵌离合器分离控制方法及装置,方法包括:在并联模式下,整车控制器HCU判断整车满足电磁离合器分离条件后,发送指令给发动机电子控制单元和双电机控制器MCU,给离合器控制CCU发出分离指令,同时给双电机控制器MCU发送指令;完成分离动作;离合器两端转速监控,对离合器是否分离进行判断;本发明提供的混合动力专用变速箱电磁牙嵌离合器分离控制方法无需额外执行机构干预,通过软件策略控制发电机P1的抖动扭矩控制保证电磁离合器稳定分离;无需额外传感器,通过软件策略监控牙嵌离合器前后端转速差变化情况,确定牙嵌离合器是否已经脱开,为模式切换提供准确依据。
