The invention discloses a telescopic tower crane bridge passage which comprises an upper passage and a lower passage which are connected together in a non-disengagement sliding mode, the front end of the upper passage is supported on a building structure, the two sides of the front portion of the upper passage are connected with embedded parts on the building structure through connecting rods, and the rear portion of the upper passage is supported on the upper side of the front portion of the lower passage. The rear end of the lower channel is supported and sleeved on a cross rod of the tower crane section in a non-disengagement manner, two sides of the lower channel are oppositely clamped and jacked by a jacking mechanism mounted on a vertical column of the tower crane section, and detachable handrails are arranged along two edge lines of the upper channel and the lower channel. The tower crane bridge passage is simple in structure, convenient to assemble and disassemble, high in safety, capable of adjusting the length according to the distance between the tower crane and a building structure and low in comprehensive cost.
