The invention relates to a telescopic tower crane. The telescopic tower crane comprises a stand column, a cab, an outer cantilever section, an inner cantilever section, a hydraulic device and a trolley running device. The cross section of the outer cantilever section is in an isosceles triangle shape, and the outer cantilever section comprises an outer cantilever section main rod and outer cantilever section obliquity rods. The cross section of the inner cantilever section is in an isosceles triangle shape, and the inner cantilever section comprises an inner cantilever section main rod and inner cantilever section obliquity rods. The hydraulic device comprises a control device and hydraulic columns. The control device is in the cab. The hydraulic columns are in the outer cantilever section main rod. The tail parts of the hydraulic columns are fixed to positions where the stand column and the outer cantilever section are connected, and the head parts of the hydraulic columns are connected to the tail part of the inner cantilever section through connecting bolts. Extension and retraction of the hydraulic columns can drive the inner cantilever section to extend and retract. The trolley running device comprises a trolley, wheels, an outer concave rail, an inner concave rail and a buffer slope.
