By arranging the control rings, the steel cable impacts on the two control rings, the control rings play a role in constraining the steel cable, the shaking amplitude of the steel cable is reduced, the steel cable can be recovered to be stable in a short time, the hoisting efficiency is improved, workers do not need to manually control the steel cable to be stable, and the situation that the steel cable hits the workers in the shaking process is avoided; and the personal safety of workers can be protected.

    本发明公开了一种桥式起重机定位防摇摆控制装置及方法,包括驱动车,所述驱动车上滑动设置滑动座,滑动座上设有起吊装置,起吊装置包括两个钢索,两个钢索下端连接吊钩,所述滑动座的下表面固定连接两个竖板,所述竖板的一侧均固定连接横板,两个横板的上表面与下表面均设有防摇晃组件,所述防摇晃组件包括立板,所述立板的一侧均固定连接支板,两个所述支板的一侧均固定连接控制环;通过设置控制环,钢索撞击在两个控制环上,控制环对钢索起到束缚作用,减小钢索的摇晃幅度,有助于钢索在短时间内恢复稳定,提高起吊效率,不用工作人员手动控制钢索使其稳定,避免摇晃中的钢索砸到工作人员,有利于保护工作人员的人身安全。
