The invention provides a thermal management system and method for an electric commercial vehicle, and belongs to the field of pure electric vehicles, the thermal management system comprises a refrigeration air conditioner loop, a heat pump air conditioner loop, a battery cooling loop, a motor DC/DC cooling/waste heat utilization loop and a PTC heating loop; in the refrigeration mode, the air conditioner loop is coupled with the battery cooling loop and the motor electric control cooling loop, a three-fluid plate heat exchanger is adopted as a water cooling machine, the refrigeration requirement of a passenger compartment can be met, and meanwhile a battery and a motor are cooled; in the heating mode, the air conditioner loop is coupled with the PTC heating loop, the battery heating loop and the motor electric control cooling loop, the three-fluid plate serves as a water source evaporator, PTC is adopted to heat cooling liquid under the low-temperature working condition, the heated cooling liquid can serve as a heat source of a heating air conditioner system evaporator, and therefore normal operation of a heat pump air conditioner can be guaranteed at the low temperature. And the endurance mileage of the pure electric commercial vehicle at low temperature can be greatly improved.
本发明提供一种电动商用车的热管理系统及方法,属于纯电动汽车领域,包括:制冷空调回路、热泵空调回路、电池冷却回路、电机DC/DC冷却/余热利用回路以及PTC加热回路;制冷模式下,空调回路与电池冷却回路、电机电控冷却回路耦合,采用三流体的板式换热器作为水冷机,不仅可以满足乘员舱的制冷需求,同时也对电池及电机进行冷却;制热模式下,空调回路与PTC加热回路、电池加热回路、电机电控冷却回路耦合,三流体板作为水源蒸发器,低温工况下采用PTC对冷却液进行加热,加热后的冷却液可作为制热空调系统蒸发器的热源,这样在低温下也能保证热泵空调的正常运行,还可大幅度提升纯电动商用车低温下的续航里程。
