The invention discloses a traffic flow prediction method, which comprises the following steps of: defining three time scales of an approaching time period, a day time scale and a weekly time scale according to similarities of traffic flow data on different time scales; three prediction modules with the same function are constructed for three time scales of approaching time period, day and weekly; constructing input of different time scale prediction modules; and a prediction value is obtained through output of the prediction modules with different time scales. The method can improve the accuracy of traffic flow prediction.

    本发明公开了一种交通流预测方法,包括:根据交通流数据在不同时间尺度上表现出的相似性,定义临近时段、日和周三种时间尺度;面向临近时段、日和周三种时间尺度,构建三个功能相同的预测模块;构建不同时间尺度预测模块的输入;由不同时间尺度预测模块的输出得到预测值。本发明的方法可以提高交通流预测的准确度。
