The invention provides a manned aircraft vibration transmission optimization design method, which comprises the following steps of: establishing a novel manned aircraft dynamic characteristic analysis model, solving dynamic characteristic parameters of an aircraft, and then according to a modal transfer function of the aircraft, combining information such as noise, a vibration excitation source, a transmission path and the like so as to obtain a dynamic characteristic parameter of the aircraft; aircraft structure vibration transfer characteristic analysis is carried out, and aircraft structure optimization design is carried out according to an analysis result; according to a structural optimization design scheme, different vibration isolation measures are designed, the purpose of reducing vibration response of vibration excitation transmitted to important electrical equipment of an aircraft and a personnel driving position is achieved, the riding comfort of a pilot in a vibration and noise environment is comprehensively evaluated, and finally the effectiveness of the vibration isolation measures is verified. The environment adaptability of the novel manned aircraft structure can be greatly improved finally, and the use experience of a pilot is improved.

    本发明提供了一种载人飞行器的振动传递优化设计方法,包括通过建立新型载人飞行器的动力学特性分析模型,求解飞行器的动力学特征参数,然后根据飞行器的模态传递函数,结合噪声、振动激励源、传递路径等信息,开展飞行器结构振动传递特性分析,并根据分析结果进行飞行器结构优化设计;根据结构优化设计方案,设计不同的隔振措施,达到降低振动激励传递到飞行器重要电气设备和人员驾驶位置处振动响应的目的,综合评估飞行员在振动、噪声环境下的乘坐舒适性,最后验证减振措施的有效性。本发明最终可以极大的提高了新型载人飞行器结构的环境适应性,改善飞行员的使用体验。
