The invention relates to the technical field of side-scan sonar, and discloses a signal filtering system suitable for an underwater side-scan device, and the system comprises a detection ship, a sonar detection module, a signal proofreading system, a signal conversion system, a signal display system, and a GPS positioning module. The sonar detection module adopts a side-scan sonar, the side-scan sonar is provided with two transducers, one transducer is a low-frequency transducer, the other transducer is a high-frequency transducer, and the side-scan sonar is connected with a detection ship through a towing cable; the signal conversion system is used for displaying information detected by the side-scan sonar on the signal display system in a visual form; the signal proofreading system comprises sonar body correction and sonar position correction. The GPS positioning module is used for positioning the geographic position of the side-scan sonar, when the side-scan sonar is used, a detection ship is matched with a towing cable, a sonar detector can be driven to move and transmit signals at the same time, and a high-frequency transducer and a low-frequency transducer are utilized to further present the geographic appearance of the water bottom.
