The invention discloses a floating type marine laser radar dynamic wind measurement test device and a test method. The test device comprises a water tank, a model buoy and a buoy automatic motion control device. The buoy automatic motion control device comprises a sliding table, a sliding rail, a sliding block and a closed-loop stepping motor. The sliding block is connected with a stepping motor through a transmission belt; the PLC can control the closed-loop stepping motor to drive the sliding block to slide on the sliding rail. The test method comprises the following steps: 1) filling more than half water in the water tank; putting the model buoy into a water tank; 2) testing the stability of the floating body; 3) testing the wind measurement performance of the laser radar moving body; and 4) carrying out dynamic radar wind measurement. According to the dynamic wind measurement test device and the dynamic wind measurement test method for the water floating body, which are provided by the invention, the radar wind measurement boundary of laser radar marine floating wind measurement and the technical parameters for the stability requirement of the matched floating body are inverted, so that the reliability and the accuracy of floating marine laser radar wind measurement data can be ensured; and the offshore wind measurement specification is met.

    本发明公开了一种漂浮式海上激光雷达动态测风试验装置及试验方法。试验装置包括水箱、模型浮标和浮标自动运动控制装置;浮标自动运动控制装置包括滑台、滑轨、滑块、闭环步进电机;滑块通过传动皮带与步进电机连接;通过PLC控制器能控制闭环步进电机带动滑块在滑轨上滑动。试验方法包括1)在水箱内装过半的水;将模型浮标放入水箱中;2)试验浮体的稳性;3)试验激光雷达动体测风性能;4)进行动态雷达测风。本发明提供了一种模拟真实海况的水上浮体动态测风试验装置及动态测风试验方法,反演激光雷达海上漂浮式测风的雷达测风边界及对配套浮体稳性要求的技术参数,能确保漂浮式海上激光雷达测风数据的可靠度和精确度,满足海上测风规范。
