The invention discloses an offshore floating wind measurement laser radar, which is provided with a sphere-like outer shell, so that the offshore floating wind measurement laser radar can float on the sea surface, and can shake along with sea surface waves, thereby enabling the pointing direction of light emitted by a Doppler coherent wind measurement system to change along with the shaking of the offshore floating wind measurement laser radar. And after the specific pointing direction of the emergent light of the Doppler coherent wind measurement system is determined through the attitude and direction measurement device, when the pointing direction reaches the preset direction, the corresponding wind speed data is acquired, so that the measurement of the wind speed data can be realized. Adjustment of the light emitting direction of the Doppler coherent wind measurement system is achieved through shaking of the offshore floating wind measurement laser radar caused by sea surface waves, active scanning of the coherent Doppler wind measurement radar is replaced by natural swinging of offshore floating objects, and a scanning system of an existing coherent wind measurement laser radar is omitted. The core part is not provided with any mechanical moving part, and the system stability is improved while the power consumption is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种海上漂浮测风激光雷达,设置类球形的外壳体可以使得海上漂浮测风激光雷达漂浮在海面,且可以随着海面波浪进行晃动,从而使得多普勒相干测风系统出光的指向方位可以随海上漂浮测风激光雷达的晃动发生改变。而通过测姿测向装置确定多普勒相干测风系统出光的具体指向方位后,当该指向方位达到预设方位时获取对应的风速数据,即可实现对风速数据的测量。通过海面波浪引起海上漂浮测风激光雷达的晃动从而实现多普勒相干测风系统出光方位的调整,利用海上漂浮物的自然摇摆来替代相干多普勒测风雷达的主动扫描,取消了以往相干测风激光雷达的扫描系统,使得核心部分无任何机械运动部件,降低功耗的同时提高了系统稳定性。
