The invention provides an over-temperature protection method, device and system for a brake resistor, and particularly relates to the technical field of rail transit, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a heating value of the brake resistor based on a historical train DC bus voltage, a chopping duty ratio, a historical brake resistor resistance value and a corresponding time difference; brake resistor heat absorption parameters and cooling air heat absorption capacity are determined; based on the brake resistor density, the brake resistor specific heat capacity, the brake resistor volume, the brake resistor calorific value, the brake resistor heat absorption parameter and the cooling air heat absorption capacity, the brake resistor temperature is obtained; and judging whether the temperature of the brake resistor is greater than a preset temperature upper limit threshold, and if so, sending a first turn-off instruction to a resistor switching device corresponding to the brake resistor to turn off the resistor switching device. The method can improve the accuracy of detecting the temperature of the brake resistor and reduce the detection cost, thereby improving the accuracy of over-temperature protection of the brake resistor, reducing the over-temperature protection cost, and further improving the reliability of over-temperature protection of the brake resistor.

    本发明提供了一种制动电阻过温保护方法、装置和系统,特别涉及轨道交通技术领域,所述方法包括:基于历史列车直流母线电压、斩波占空比、历史制动电阻阻值以及对应的时间差,得到制动电阻发热量;确定制动电阻吸热参数和冷却空气吸热量;基于制动电阻密度、制动电阻比热容、制动电阻体积、制动电阻发热量、制动电阻吸热参数和冷却空气吸热量,得到制动电阻温度;判断制动电阻温度是否大于预设的温度上限阈值,若是,向制动电阻对应的电阻开关器件发送第一关断指令,以使电阻开关器件关断。本发明能够提高检测制动电阻温度的准确性并减少检测成本,从而提高制动电阻过温保护的准确性并减少过温保护成本,进而提高制动电阻过温保护的可靠性。
