The invention discloses a double-drum steel wire rope automatic tensioning mechanism and a winch using the tensioning mechanism. The tensioning mechanism, a traction tackle and a guide wheel are all mounted on an adjustable rack; the pulley blocks are respectively mounted on the adjustable rack and the traction pulley; the tensioning mechanism rotates, and the traction tackle is controlled to move back and forth on the adjustable rack through the steel wire rope and the pulley block. The double rotating drums are arranged and matched with the braking assembly and the transmission assembly, the function of automatically tensioning the winch steel wire rope pulley block in the non-vertical working state is achieved, traction force is large, transmission is stable, and the loading and unloading efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种双转筒钢丝绳自动拉紧机构及使用这种拉紧机构的卷扬机:所述拉紧机构、牵引滑车和导轮均安装在可调机架上;滑轮组分别安装在可调机架和牵引滑车上;所述拉紧机构转动,通过钢丝绳及滑轮组控制牵引滑车在可调机架上来回移动。本发明设置的双转筒,并配合制动组件和传动组件,实现卷扬机钢丝绳滑轮组在非垂直工作状态下自动拉紧的功能,且牵引力大、传动平稳、提高装卸货的效率。
