The invention relates to the technical field of crawling processes, in particular to a crawling process of an arch-climbing crane, which comprises the following steps: movement of a pulling device: moving a track beam and the pulling device to a to-be-assembled steel beam section by using the crane, and assembling the track beam and the pulling device with the to-be-assembled steel beam section; the track beam moves forwards, specifically, a walking jack located on the track beam and a pulling device connected with the track beam are used for enabling the track beam to move forwards in a segmented mode till the whole track beam moves forwards; and the arch climbing crane walks, specifically, a gear located below the arch climbing crane is controlled, the arch climbing crane is pushed through a walking jack, the arch climbing crane is made to move along the inclined track beam, and crawling is achieved. According to the invention, various draggers and the like walking on the arch climbing crane are utilized, so that during hoisting, the safety in the climbing process can be ensured, the climbing effect can be improved, and great significance is achieved for construction of the large-span steel truss arch bridge.

    本发明涉及了爬行工艺技术领域,具体地,本发明中的爬拱吊机的爬行工艺,包括以下步骤:拽拉器移动:利用吊机将轨道梁以及拽拉器移动至待装配钢梁节段,并使之与待装配钢梁节段装配;轨道梁前移:利用位于轨道梁上的行走千斤顶以及与轨道梁连接的拽拉器,使得轨道梁分段进行前移,直至整个轨道梁完成前移;爬拱吊机行走:控制位于爬拱吊机下方的齿轮,利用行走千斤顶推动爬拱吊机,使爬拱吊机沿倾斜的轨道梁移动,实现爬行。本发明中,通过利用爬拱吊机上行走中的各种拽拉器等,使得在吊装中,既能保证爬行过程中的安全、又能提高爬行功效,对于大跨度钢桁架拱桥的施工具有重大意义。
