According to the technical scheme, a laser sensor is installed on the side face of a crown block lifting fixed pulley and used for measuring a distance signal between the crown block lifting fixed pulley and the laser sensor in the operation process of the crown block lifting fixed pulley and transmitting the signal to a high-speed data collector, and the high-speed data collector converts the distance signal into a voltage signal and stores the voltage signal; and logic analysis calculation is carried out on the voltage signals, and a crown block lifting fixed pulley swing interval value is obtained through quantification. The method has the beneficial effects that the swing quantity of the on-line running crown block lifting fixed pulley is monitored in real time, a degraded swing value of the crown block lifting fixed pulley bearing is obtained through quantification by performing logic analysis on the acquired signal, and the degraded swing value is compared with a preset standard value to output a standard exceeding judgment result; moreover, each measured value can be combined with the previous measured value to form a variation trend chart, thereby providing corresponding reference data for equipment maintenance, effectively avoiding the occurrence of crown block accidents, and providing favorable help for the good operation of the crown block.

    本发明涉及一种天车起升定滑轮摆动量测量系统及方法,属于炼钢设备及方法技术领域。本发明的技术方案是:在天车起升定滑轮侧面安装一个激光传感器,用于测量天车起升定滑轮运行过程中天车起升定滑轮与激光传感器之间的距离信号,并将信号传至数据高速采集器,数据高速采集器将距离信号转化为电压信号并储存,然后针对这些电压信号进行逻辑分析计算,量化得出天车起升定滑轮摆动区间数值。本发明的有益效果是:对在线运行天车起升定滑轮摆动量进行实时监测,通过对采集到的信号进行逻辑分析,量化得出天车起升定滑轮轴承劣化摆动值,与预设的标准值比较输出超标判定结果,而且每个测量值可与以往测量值结合形成变化趋势图,为设备维护提供相应的参考数据,有效避免天车事故的发生,为天车的良好运行提供有利帮助。
