The container portal crane comprises a plurality of sets of stand columns; the hoisting part is mounted on the upright post; crawling ladders are arranged on the sides of the stand columns and connected with the cross beams; the walking mechanism is mounted below the stand columns, so that the position of the portal crane is adjusted, and meanwhile, the self-adaption to obstacles encountered in the walking process of the portal crane is realized; the walking mechanism comprises a walking connection frame connected with the stand column; the main bearing frame is hinged to the walking hinge frame; the auxiliary bearing frame is hinged to one end of the main bearing frame, and first bottom-layer bearing frames are hinged to the two ends respectively; the second bottom-layer bearing frame is hinged to the other end of the main bearing frame; the second bottom-layer bearing frame is close to the inner side of the portal crane; and driving rollers are arranged on the first bottom-layer bearing frame and the second bottom-layer bearing frame. Through the mutual hinging of the plurality of bearing frames, when the walking mechanism encounters an obstacle or a slope, the walking mechanism is self-adaptive to the obstacle or the slope, so that the portal crane is prevented from inclining when encountering the obstacle or the slope.
本发明公开了一种集装箱门式起重机包括:立柱,设计多组;吊运部,安装在所述立柱上;立柱侧部还设有爬梯,与横梁连接;还包括行走机构,安装在立柱下方,使门式起重机调整位置,同时进行自适应门式起重机行走过程中遇到的障碍物;所述行走机构包括:行走衔接架,与立柱连接;主承载架,与行走铰接架铰接;辅承载架,与主承载架一端铰接,两端分别铰接有第一底层承载架;第二底层承载架,与主承载架另一端铰接;所述第二底层承载架靠近门式起重机内侧;所述第一底层承载架与第二底层承载架上均设有驱动滚轮。通过多个承载架的相互铰接,在行走机构遇到障碍物或坡度时,进行自适应障碍物及坡度,进而避免门式起重机遇到障碍物或坡度时发生倾斜。
