A first servo motor is matched to operate to drive a winding device to wind the traction rope, so that the pulling force of the traction rope is improved, and the situation that when the first servo motor breaks down, a container suddenly falls, and a building below the container is damaged is avoided; the sliding block ascends under the limiting condition of the two limiting grooves, the clamping groove in the top face of the sliding block is connected with one clamping block in a clamped mode, a transmission mechanism is matched so that the crane can conveniently position the container, and the container is prevented from falling suddenly.
