The invention belongs to the technical field of helicopter rotor tests, and particularly relates to an auxiliary disc paddle mechanism of a rotor test bed, which comprises a low-power power system, a gear transmission system, a fixed limiting assembly and a power output assembly, the low-power power system provides low-power low-rotating-speed power, the low-power low-rotating-speed power is transmitted to the power output assembly after being increased by a certain torque through the gear transmission system, and the power output assembly drives the rotor wing system to move. The gear transmission system is adjusted through the fixing and limiting assembly so as to achieve switching of test states of the rotor system. The auxiliary disc paddle mechanism realizes large-torque output and small-angle rotation by utilizing a small-power motor, a large-reduction-ratio speed reducer and a gear pair. The disc paddle mechanism motor and the main driving motor of the test bench are interlocked, so that the conversion of two input powers is realized.

    本发明属于直升机旋翼试验技术领域,具体一种旋翼试验台辅助盘桨机构,所述机构包括:小功率动力系统、齿轮传动系统、固定限位组件、动力输出组件;所述小功率动力系统提供小功率低转速动力,经齿轮传动系统提升一定的扭矩后传递至动力输出组件,所述动力输出组件驱动旋翼系统运动;所述齿轮传动系统通过固定限位组件进行调节,以实现旋翼系统试验状态的切换。辅助盘桨机构利用小功率电机、大减速比减速器、齿轮副,实现大扭矩输出与小角度转动。盘桨机构电机与试验台主驱动电机电器互锁,实现两种输入动力的转换。
