The invention relates to a magnetic track brake suspension mechanism which comprises a fixing support fixedly connected with a railway vehicle bogie. A cylinder body of the electric cylinder mechanism is arranged on the fixed bracket; the electric cylinder mechanism comprises a driving assembly arranged in a cylinder body; the first end of the transmission assembly penetrates through the cylinder body and is in transmission connection with the driving assembly, and the second end of the transmission assembly penetrates through the fixing support and then is in transmission connection with a magnetic track brake through a connecting assembly; and the control assembly is electrically connected with the driving assembly and a railway vehicle driver control room so as to receive the braking instruction or the relieving instruction and control the magnetic track brake to be attached to or separated from the surface of the track through the driving assembly and the transmission assembly. Through cooperation of the electric cylinder structure, the transmission assembly and the control assembly, larger positive pressure on the rail surface is provided for the magnetic rail brake, and it can be guaranteed that a certain distance is accurately kept between the pole shoe and the surface of the steel rail in the relieving state.

    本申请涉及一种磁轨制动器悬挂机构,包括:固定支架,固定连接一轨道车辆转向架;电缸机构,缸体设于固定支架上;其中,电缸机构包括:驱动组件,设于缸体内部;传动组件,第一端穿设于缸体并传动连接驱动组件,第二端穿过固定支架后通过一连接组件与一磁轨制动器传动连接;控制组件,电性连接驱动组件及一轨道车辆司机控制室,以接收制动指令或缓解指令,并通过驱动组件、传动组件控制磁轨制动器与轨道表面贴合或脱离。本申请通过电缸结构、传动组件以及控制组件的配合来提供给磁轨制动器对轨面更大的正压力,还能保证缓解状态时,极靴与钢轨表面精准保持一定的距离。
