The invention provides a brake mechanism and a magnetic suspension rail robot, and belongs to the technical field of robots. The brake mechanism comprises an electromagnet and a brake part; and the electromagnet is arranged on the side, away from a track, in a magnetic suspension robot body. One end of the brake part is rotatably arranged on the side, facing the track, in the magnetic suspension robot body, and the other end of the brake part is provided with a magnetic attraction piece. When the electromagnet is powered on or powered off, the brake part is attracted to the electromagnet along with the magnetic attraction piece or pushed to a position parallel to the track, the brake part cuts the permanent magnetic field of the track and generates induced eddy current, and therefore braking force is generated on the magnetic suspension robot body. According to the magnetic suspension robot, the brake part is arranged in the magnetic suspension robot body, the attraction and repulsion effects of the electromagnet are combined, the induction eddy current can be generated by cutting the magnetic induction line through the brake part in the power-off state of the electromagnet, braking resistance is generated in the corresponding track permanent magnetic field, and therefore emergency braking without being powered on is achieved.

    本发明提供一种制动机构以及磁悬浮轨道机器人,属于机器人技术领域。制动机构包括电磁铁与制动件;其中,电磁铁设置在磁悬浮机器人本体内背离轨道的一侧。制动件的一端可旋转地设置在磁悬浮机器人本体内朝向轨道的一侧,制动件的另一端设置有磁吸附件;其中,在电磁铁通电或断电状态下,制动件随着磁吸附件吸附在电磁铁上,或被推移至与轨道平行的位置处,制动件切割轨道的永磁场并产生感应电涡流,以对磁悬浮机器人本体产生制动力。本发明通过磁悬浮机器人本体内设置制动件,并结合电磁铁的吸附与排斥作用,在电磁铁断电状态下利用该制动件切割磁感应线即可产生感应电涡流,在对应的轨道永磁场中产生制动阻力,以实现无需通电的紧急制动。
