The invention provides an interaction control method and system for an EBS module of an E-power architecture vehicle, and relates to the technical field of braking energy recovery, a VCU controller sends maximum driving torque information and maximum braking torque information to the EBS module in a message form; the VCU controller further sends the rear drive axle motor set information and the maximum braking torque information to the EBS module in a message mode; the EBS module controls the braking percentage of the set output by taking the maximum torque as a reference as a coordination range of the torque in the driving and braking processes. The problem that in the braking process of the EBS module, under the condition that motor braking directly quits, braking energy cannot be effectively recycled is solved, and the problem that braking force suddenly changes in the intervention process of the EBS module is avoided. According to the method, the efficient recovery of the braking energy of the whole vehicle and the smoothness of braking force control switching after the EBS module system is involved are ensured.

    本发明提供一种E‑power架构车辆EBS模块交互控制方法及系统,涉及制动能量回收技术领域,VCU控制器通过报文的形式,将最大驱动扭矩信息以及最大制动扭矩信息发送给EBS模块;VCU控制器还通过报文的形式,将后驱动桥电机组信息以及最大制动扭矩信息发送给EBS模块;EBS模块作为驱动和制动过程中扭矩的协调范围,以最大扭矩作为基准来控制设定输出的制动百分比。本发明解决了在EBS模块制动过程中,电机制动直接退出情况下,制动能量无法形成有效回收的问题,避免了EBS模块介入过程中制动力突变的问题。本发明保证了在EBS模块系统介入后整车制动能量的高效回收和制动力控制切换的平滑性。
