The invention provides a vehicle combined braking control system and method, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle braking, the system comprises an SAM controller, a retarder ECU, an engine ECU, a braking system, a braking handle and a braking foot valve; the SAM controller judges the braking mode of the vehicle according to an accelerator pedal position signal and an engine rotating speed signal provided by an engine ECU and a braking anti-lock function activation signal provided by a braking system, and generates braking torque in the corresponding braking mode according to a braking pedal position signal of a braking foot valve and a braking gear signal of a braking handle. And then the braking torque is sent to a retarder ECU and an engine ECU. According to the combined brake, the bad influences of heating, abrasion and even failure of the brake pad caused by long-time braking are effectively solved, safe and effective combined braking is achieved, the service life of the brake and the service life of tires can be prolonged by reasonably using in-cylinder braking and retarder braking of an engine, and the use cost of a user is reduced.

    本发明提供一种车辆联合制动控制系统及方法,属于车辆制动技术领域,所述系统包括SAM控制器、缓速器ECU、发动机ECU、制动系统、制动手柄以及制动脚阀;SAM控制器根据发动机ECU提供的油门踏板位置信号和发动机转速信号以及制动系统提供的制动防抱死功能激活信号判断车辆的制动模式,在对应制动模式下根据制动脚阀的制动踏板位置信号以及制动手柄的制动档位信号生成制动扭矩,再将制动扭矩发送给缓速器ECU和发动机ECU。有效地解决长时间制动带来的制动片发热、磨损更甚至失效的恶劣影响,实现安全有效的联合制动,而且合理使用发动机的缸内制动和缓速器制动可以使得刹车和轮胎的使用寿命得到延长,降低用户使用成本。
