The invention discloses a wheel-driven mine truck and a brake control system and method thereof.The wheel-driven mine truck is driven by middle and rear axles, hydraulic brakes are arranged corresponding to the wheels, driving motor assemblies are arranged corresponding to the wheels of the middle and rear axles, and meanwhile a material quality detection mechanism is arranged; according to the brake control system and method, the brake mode of the mine truck is analyzed according to the states of a plurality of control mechanisms of the mine truck, and the brake force demand is calculated in different modes in combination with the material mass change, so that the brake force demand result is more refined and accurate, and the situation that the brake impact is too large or the brake force is insufficient due to the brake force request deviation is avoided; the maximum ground braking force is estimated according to the vehicle speed and load distribution under different material masses, the maximum allowable braking torque of each wheel is obtained by combining the allowable braking torque of the driving motor assembly and the hydraulic braking capacity, and tire locking caused by the fact that the output braking torque is too large is prevented. On the premise that a battery does not overshoot and a low-speed electric braking motor is prevented from rotating reversely, the braking torque is distributed according to the principle that electric braking is preferential, and the maximum braking recovery energy is obtained.

    本发明公开一种轮边驱动矿卡及其制动控制系统和方法,轮边驱动矿卡采用中后轴驱动,对应各车轮设置液压制动器,对应各中后轴车轮设置驱动电机总成,同时设置物料质量检测机构,制动控制系统及方法根据矿卡多个控制机构的状态分析矿卡的制动模式,并结合物料质量变化对制动力需求进行分模式计算,使制动力需求结果更细化准确,避免因制动力请求偏差导致制动冲击过大或制动力不足;根据车速和不同物料质量下的载荷分布估计最大地面制动力,并结合驱动电机总成允许制动扭矩和液压制动能力,得到各轮最大允许制动扭矩,防止输出制动扭矩过大导致轮胎抱死;以电池不过冲、避免低速电制动电机反转为前提,以电制动优先为原则分配制动扭矩,获得最大的制动回收能量。
