    本发明公开了一种汽车防撞梁型材,包括结构钢管体,其特征在于,所述结构钢管体前端面上开设有多个冲孔体,所述冲孔体分布有多段呈多个冲孔组模块,所述冲孔组模块之间间隔一段距离,所述冲孔组模块上阵列排布有多个所述冲孔体,所述冲孔体相邻两侧的结构钢管体侧端面上分别设有凹面加强槽和焊接条,所述凹面加强槽凹陷入所述结构钢管体侧端面内开设,所述凹面加强槽与所述结构钢管体边角圆弧过度处理端还设有凹弧加强筋面。通过上述方式,本发明能够成型汽车防撞梁型材,结构钢管体利用凹面加强槽和凹弧加强筋面提升整体高度,结构钢防撞梁通过多道次辊压与挤压成型,整体强度大大提高。
