The invention relates to the technical field of AGVs, in particular to a differential driving mechanism applied to an ultra-low heavy-load AGV and a using method thereof.The differential driving mechanism comprises a motor fixing base, driving assemblies are installed at the two ends of the motor fixing base correspondingly, a swing assembly is installed at the upper end of the motor fixing base, and a swing block is rotationally connected to the swing assembly; a rotating assembly is arranged at the upper end of the swing block, the upper end of the rotating assembly is connected and provided with a mounting plate, a plurality of damping springs are mounted between the mounting plate and the rotating assembly, and a driving lifting key is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the rotating assembly. According to the differential driving mechanism, the mounting plate is mounted on the AGV body, and the motor is mounted on the inner side of the motor fixing seat through the structural design that the motor is transversely mounted on the driving assembly, so that the layout is more reasonable, the mounting height is only 210 mm, the single group can drag the 5T load capacity, and the space utilization rate of the differential driving mechanism can be effectively increased; it can be guaranteed that the AGV body has enough space to install the driving mechanism in the low-height state, and the running speed of the AGV body is not affected.

    本发明涉及AGV小车的技术领域,尤其是一种应用于超低重载AGV的差速驱动机构及其使用方法,包括电机固定座,电机固定座的两端均安装有驱动组件,电机固定座的上端安装有摇摆组件,摇摆组件上转动连接有摇摆块,摇摆块的上端设有回转组件,回转组件的上端连接并设有安装板,安装板与回转组件之间安装有多个减震簧,回转组件的上端固定安装有驱动提升钥匙。本发明通过安装板安装在AGV车体上,通过驱动组件横向安装电机的结构设计,将电机安装于电机固定座内侧,布局更加合理,且安装高度仅有210mm,单组可牵引5T负载量,能有效提高该差速驱动机构的空间利用率,能保证AGV车体在高度较低的状态下有足够的空间去安装驱动机构,且不影响其运行速度。
