The invention discloses a damping method for a two-wheel differential heavy-load driving mechanism. The damping method comprises the following steps that S1, a two-stage damping mechanism is designed and manufactured; s2, the two-stage damping mechanism is mounted on an AGV frame mounting plate; s3, when the AGV is in a no-load state, the light-load spring plays a role in damping, namely, the damping requirement in the no-load state is met; s4, when the AGV is in a heavy load state, the heavy load spring plays a damping role, namely, the damping requirement during heavy load is met; two groups of springs with different rigidity coefficients, namely the light-load spring and the heavy-load spring, are connected in series through the spring series sleeve, so that the damping requirements of two working conditions of no load and full load can be met at the same time, and the compression stroke of the springs is controlled by changing the thickness of the light-load spring adjusting plate and the heavy-load spring adjusting plate; and the damping performance of the damping mechanism is adjusted, the running stability of the AGV is improved, and use is convenient and reliable.

    本发明公开了一种两轮差速重载驱动机构的减震方法,包括如下步骤:S1、设计制作一双级减震机构;S2、将双级减震机构安装在AGV车架安装板上;S3、当AGV处于空载状态下,所述轻载弹簧起到了减震的作用,也即满足空载时的减震需求;S4、当AGV处于重载状态下,所述重载弹簧起到减震的作用,也即满足重载时的减震需求;本发明将轻载弹簧与重载弹簧两组不同刚度系数的弹簧通过弹簧串联套筒以串联的使用方式连接,使其能同时满足空载、满载两种工况的减震需求,通过改变轻载弹簧调整板和重载弹簧调整板的厚度,控制弹簧的压缩行程,调节减震机构的减震性能,提高AGV运行的平稳性,使用方便、可靠。
