The invention relates to an eccentric guide wheel mechanism which comprises a support and two guide wheel modules, the two guide wheel modules are symmetrically installed on the support, each guide wheel module comprises an eccentric shaft and a guide wheel, the eccentric shaft comprises a first shaft rod and a second shaft rod, the second shaft rod is fixed to the bottom of the first shaft rod, and the guide wheel is fixed to the first shaft rod. The axis of the first shaft rod and the axis of the second shaft rod are arranged in a staggered mode, the guide wheels are fixed to the second shaft rod, and treads of the two guide wheels are used for making contact with the side face of a track. Compared with the prior art, the guide wheel is fixed by arranging the eccentric shaft, and the gap between the guide wheel and the rail piece can be adjusted to the most appropriate gap by rotating the eccentric shaft; and after adjustment is completed, the guide wheels and the rails cannot change relatively by fixing the lateral relative positions of the guide wheels and the rails, the operation precision of equipment is guaranteed, and the device can be applied to intelligent assembly gantries.
