The invention relates to an amphibious aircraft wing butt joint posture adjusting method. An amphibious aircraft comprises an upper single wing formed by butt joint of a left wing and a right wing. The method comprises the following steps: S1, mounting process joints at three positions, namely a two-rib front beam, a two-rib rear beam and the middle part of a wing rib which is about 3/4 of the length of the wing from a 0 rib, of the wing, and supporting by using a numerical control positioner; s2, firstly, measuring points are arranged on the wings, a laser tracker is used for measurement, and coordinate values of all attitude measuring points of the left wing and the right wing under an aircraft coordinate system are obtained; s3, a numerical control positioner of the wing is adjusted according to the obtained coordinate values, so that the deviation between the actually measured coordinate value and the theoretical coordinate value of each measuring point meets the set tolerance requirement; s4, a laser tracker is used for measuring actual measurement coordinate values of all the measurement points, then all values in the wing attitude evaluation indexes are calculated, and when all the values meet the wing butt joint attitude adjustment requirement, adjustment is finished; otherwise, adjusting and measuring are repeated until the requirements are met.

    本发明涉及一种水陆两栖飞机机翼对接姿态调整方法,该水陆两栖飞机包括左机翼和右机翼对接的上单翼;所述方法包括:S1.在机翼2肋前梁处、2肋后梁处和距0肋约3/4机翼长度的机翼肋中部三个位置安装工艺接头,并使用数控定位器进行撑起;S2.先在机翼设置测量点,并使用激光跟踪仪进行测量,得到在飞机坐标系下左机翼和右机翼各个姿态测量点的坐标值;S3.根据得到的坐标值调整机翼的数控定位器,使各测量点实测坐标值与理论坐标值的偏差满足设定的公差要求;S4.使用激光跟踪仪测量各测量点的实测坐标值,之后计算出机翼姿态评价指标中的各项值,当各项值满足机翼对接姿态调整要求时,调整结束;否则重复调整和测量,直至满足为止。
