The safety overhead man-riding device comprises an overhead man-riding device body, the overhead man-riding device body is divided into an upper overhead man-riding device section and a lower overhead man-riding device section, the upper overhead man-riding device section is provided with a rope holding device connected with a steel wire rope, and the upper overhead man-riding device section and the lower overhead man-riding device section are connected through a collision protection device; the collision protection device comprises a flexible connection structure and a rigid connection structure which are connected with the upper monkey vehicle section and the lower monkey vehicle section at the same time, the collision protection device has a normal operation state and a collision protection state, and in the normal operation state, the rigid connection structure is in a connection state, the rigid connection structure is stressed, and the flexible connection structure is not stressed; in the collision protection state, the rigid connection structure is in a failure state, the rigid connection structure is not stressed, and the flexible connection structure is stressed. The overhead man-riding device can avoid personnel injury accidents caused by direct collision between large-amplitude swing of the overhead man-riding device and a rope supporting wheel of a steel wire rope in the running process of the overhead man-riding device, and the safety protection effect on running of the overhead man-riding device is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种带有托绳轮碰撞保护的安全猴车,包括猴车主体,猴车主体分为猴车上段和猴车下段,猴车上段设有抱索装置与钢丝绳相连接,猴车上段和猴车下段之间通过碰撞保护装置连接;碰撞保护装置包括同时连接猴车上段和猴车下段的柔性连接结构和刚性连接结构,碰撞保护装置具有正常运行状态和碰撞保护状态两种状态,正常运行状态时,刚性连接结构处于连接状态,刚性连接结构受力,柔性连接结构不受力;碰撞保护状态时,刚性连接结构处于失效状态,刚性连接结构不受力,柔性连接结构受力。本发明可以避免猴车在运行过程中出现的大幅度摆动与钢丝绳的托绳轮发生直接碰撞而导致的人员伤害事故,起到对猴车运行的安全保护作用和效果。
