The invention discloses a rope supporting wheel hanging bracket mechanism of an overhead passenger device, which is characterized in that two sets of hanging bracket mechanisms are arranged on a cross beam (1) and are symmetrically arranged relative to the cross beam (1); each set of hanging bracket mechanism is characterized in that a top plate (4) is connected with a hanging bracket (6) through welding; a reinforcing rib (5) is also welded between the top plate (4) and the hanging bracket (6); welding seams are subjected to full-length welding and post-welding flaw detection; a riding wheel shaft mounting hole (9) is formed in the hanging bracket (6), a riding wheel shaft (8) is mounted in the riding wheel shaft mounting hole (9), and a rope supporting wheel (7) is mounted on the riding wheel shaft (8); and the cross beam (1) is fixedly connected with the top plate (4) through the U-shaped bolt (2). And the ends of the U-shaped bolt (2) and the riding wheel shaft (8) adopt spring washers and nuts, or adopt a double-nut anti-loosening structure. The mechanism is good in operation stability, eliminates hidden dangers such as easy rope falling, reduces abnormal wear of the steel wire rope, and prolongs the service life of the steel wire rope.

    本发明公开了一种架空乘人装置托绳轮吊架机构,在横梁(1)上设置两套吊架机构,相对于横梁(1)对称布置;每套吊架机构组成如下:顶板(4)与吊架(6)通过焊接连接;在顶板(4)与吊架(6)之间还焊接有加强筋(5);焊缝采用满焊,焊后探伤检测;在吊架(6)上设置托轮轴安装孔(9),在托轮轴安装孔(9)内安装托轮轴(8),在托轮轴(8)上安装托绳轮(7);横梁(1)通过U型螺栓(2)与顶板(4)连接固定。U型螺栓(2)和托轮轴(8)的端头采用弹簧垫圈与螺母,或者采用双螺母防松结构。本发明运行稳定性好,消除了容易掉绳等隐患,减少了钢丝绳的异常磨损,延长了钢丝绳的使用寿命。
