The invention relates to an adjusting and positioning assembly, a camera mechanism and a robot. The adjusting and positioning assembly comprises a positioning seat, a positioning shaft and an elastic part, a stepped hole penetrating through the positioning seat is formed in the positioning seat and comprises a first shaft hole and a second shaft hole which are coaxially arranged, the first shaft hole is provided with a first contact surface, and the second shaft hole is formed in the first contact surface; the positioning shaft comprises a first shaft section and a second shaft section which are coaxially arranged, the first shaft section is arranged in the first shaft hole in a penetrating mode, the second shaft section is arranged in the second shaft hole in a penetrating mode, the first shaft section is provided with a second contact face, and the second contact face can be attached to the first contact face and can prevent the first shaft section from being arranged in the second shaft hole in a penetrating mode. The elastic piece abuts against the end, away from the second shaft section, of the first shaft section and is used for making the second contact face abut against the first contact face. The elastic piece abuts against the first shaft section to apply positive pressure to the first contact surface, so that the friction force between the second contact surface and the first contact surface is increased, and the positioning reliability of the positioning shaft is improved.
