The invention belongs to the field of wind tunnel tests, and discloses a small-size tilting rotorcraft wind tunnel test model driving device which comprises a rotor wing tilting shaft, a rotor wing transmission shaft, a tilting push rod, a motor, an electric cylinder, an upper reversing speed reducer and a lower speed reducer. A motor, a lower speed reducer and an electric cylinder are fixedly installed in the fuselage, a rotor wing tilting shaft and a rotor wing transmission shaft are located in the wings, the rotor wing transmission shaft is placed in the rotor wing tilting shaft, and the upper end of the rotor wing tilting shaft is fixedly connected with a rotor wing nacelle shell or an upper reversing speed reducer shell. The lower end of the rotor wing tilting shaft is fixedly connected with one end of the tilting push rod, the other end of the tilting push rod is hinged to the action end of the electric cylinder, the action end of the electric cylinder stretches out or retracts back to drive the rotor wing nacelle to rotate along the tilting axis, and tilting of the rotor wing is achieved. The device is stable in structure and small in size, does not affect the aerodynamic configuration of the model, and improves the test efficiency.

    本发明属于风洞试验领域,公开一种小体积倾转旋翼机风洞试验模型驱动装置,包括旋翼倾转轴、旋翼传动轴、倾转推杆、电机、电缸、上部换向减速器和下部减速器,旋翼短舱内部固定安装有上部换向减速器,机身内部分别固定安装有电机、下部减速器、电缸,旋翼倾转轴和旋翼传动轴位于机翼内部,旋翼传动轴放置于旋翼倾转轴内部,旋翼倾转轴的上端与旋翼短舱壳体或上部换向减速器壳体固定连接;旋翼倾转轴的下端与倾转推杆的一端固定连接,倾转推杆的另外一端与电缸的动作端铰接,电缸的动作端伸出或缩回,带动旋翼短舱沿倾转轴线转动,实现旋翼的倾转。本发明结构稳定,体积小,不影响模型气动外形并提高试验效率。
