The invention belongs to the field of wind tunnel experiments, and particularly relates to a tilting transition wind tunnel flight experiment method and system for a tilting rotorcraft. The tilting transition wind tunnel flight experiment method for the tilting rotorcraft comprises the following steps: designing a rotor tilting transition path; designing a flight control law according to the rotor wing tilting transition path; selecting N experimental points along the rotor wing tilting transition path; performing a wind tunnel three-degree-of-freedom flight experiment on the N experiment points, and correcting flight control laws of the N experiment points; and taking the corrected flight control laws of the N experimental points as a reference, constructing an attitude control law automatic variable structure between the adjacent experimental points, and obtaining an attitude control law of the rotor wing tilting transition path. According to the method, the continuous rotor wing tilting transition path is decomposed into a series of discrete design points, a three-degree-of-freedom flight experiment is carried out for each design point, parameter correction can be carried out on a control law and a control surface distribution strategy, and therefore the optimized attitude control law of the rotor wing tilting transition path is obtained.
