The invention provides a ship traffic organization optimization method based on an improved multi-objective empire competition algorithm, and relates to the technical field of port ship traffic organization optimization. The method mainly comprises the following steps: firstly, performing initial empire construction according to a designed multi-target ship sequence cost function based on total waiting and total scheduling time of a ship; then, designing a self-adaptive ship safety time interval revolution operator to perform revolution operation of the colony, and simulating unexpected change of the colony; then, designing a multi-target discrete threshold division strategy to adaptively select a fission object, and performing fission operation; the invention provides a new method for solving the problem of ship traffic organization optimization, can solve the problems that precocity is easy and optimization is easy to fall into local optimum when a ship traffic scheduling scheme is solved by purely using an empire competition algorithm, and has the positive effect of improving the port entering and leaving operation efficiency of ships.

    本发明提供一种基于改进多目标帝国竞争算法的船舶交通组织优化方法,涉及港口船舶交通组织优化技术领域。主要包括:首先,根据设计的基于船舶总等待和总调度时间的多目标船舶序列成本函数进行初始帝国构建;接着,设计自适应船舶安全时距革命算子进行殖民地的革命操作,模拟殖民地非预期的变化;然后,设计多目标离散型阈值划分策略自适应选取裂变对象,进行裂变操作。本发明为求解船舶交通组织优化问题提供一种新方法,能够解决现有单纯使用帝国竞争算法求解船舶交通调度方案时的易早熟,优化容易陷入局部最优的问题,具有提高船舶进出港作业效率的积极效果。
