The aircraft steering engine shell comprises an aircraft steering engine outer body, the aircraft steering engine outer body comprises a mounting column, a limiting pipe is integrally formed at the top end of the mounting column in a casting mode, a storage bin is integrally formed at the bottom of the mounting column in a casting mode, and a cavity is formed in the center of the limiting pipe and the center of the storage bin; an outer sealing plate is installed in the storage bin in a bolting mode, two sets of protection plates are poured on the right side of the installation column and the right side of the storage bin, and first connecting grooves are formed in the protection plates and the cavity in a penetrating mode. The whole aircraft steering engine outer body is formed by polishing and cutting after integral casting molding, so that the whole aircraft steering engine outer body has high use strength, meanwhile, a casting material is changed, 0.01-0.03% of boron is added into an original aluminum-copper alloy, the boron mainly plays a role in refining dendritic crystals, the service life of the aircraft steering engine outer body is prolonged, the service life of the aircraft steering engine outer body is prolonged, and the service life of the aircraft steering engine outer body is prolonged. And bubbles and cracks in the outer pouring equipment of the aircraft steering engine are reduced to the maximum extent, and the overall use strength of the outer body of the aircraft steering engine is further improved.

    本发明公开了飞机舵机壳体,包括飞机舵机外本体,所述飞机舵机外本体包括安装柱,所述安装柱顶端一体浇注成型有限位管,所述安装柱底部一体浇注成型有收纳仓,所述限位管和收纳仓中心开设有空腔,所述收纳仓内部栓接安装有外封板,所述安装柱和收纳仓右侧浇注有两组保护板,所述保护板内部与空腔贯穿开设有第一连接槽。通过设置飞机舵机外本体整体为一体浇注成型后打磨切削生成的,使得飞机舵机外本体整体具有较高的使用强度,同时在改变了浇注材料,在原有铝铜合金中加入0.01~0.03%的硼,硼主要起细化枝晶的作用,来最大程度上减少飞机舵机外浇筑设备内部气泡和裂缝的产生,进一步提升飞机舵机外本体整体的使用强度。
