The invention provides an automatic hoisting method for identifying head and tail coils. The method comprises the steps that a rewinding unit sends parameter data of steel coils to a warehouse management system; the warehouse management system processes the received parameter data to obtain steel coil information and sends the steel coil information to the control system; the steel coil information comprises information about whether the steel coil is a head-tail coil or not; the control system can judge whether the steel coil is a head-tail coil or not according to the received steel coil information, and if the steel coil is the head-tail coil, the control system controls a hoisting execution mechanism of the travelling crane to perform hoisting operation according to a head-tail coil hoisting process; and if the steel coil is an ordinary steel coil, the control system controls the hoisting execution mechanism to perform hoisting operation according to the ordinary steel coil hoisting process. The problems that in the prior art, a traveling crane cannot automatically hoist head and tail coils, and the automation rate of steel coil hoisting of the traveling crane is low are solved.

    本发明提供一种识别头尾卷的自动吊运方法,该方法包括重卷机组给仓储管理系统发送钢卷的参数数据;仓储管理系统对接收到的参数数据进行处理获得钢卷信息,并将钢卷信息发送给控制系统;所述钢卷信息包括钢卷是否为头尾卷的信息;控制系统根据接收到的钢卷信息能判断出钢卷是否为头尾卷,若钢卷为头尾卷,则控制系统控制行车的吊运执行机构按头尾卷吊运流程进行吊运作业;若钢卷为普通钢卷,则控制系统控制吊运执行机构按普通钢卷吊运流程进行吊运作业。解决了现有技术中行车无法自动吊运头尾卷,行车吊运钢卷自动化率低的问题。
