The invention discloses a hoisting system for a suspended automatic crane, and a hoisting method. The hoisting system comprises two bottom beams which are arranged parallel to each other, traveling mechanisms are mounted on the two sides of the bottoms of the bottom beams correspondingly, a second air cylinder is mounted on a vertical plate, telescopic rods are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the second air cylinder correspondingly and mounted on the vertical plate, a piston rod of the second air cylinder penetrates through the vertical plate and is fixedly connected with a clamping plate, the telescopic rods penetrate through the vertical plate and are fixedly connected with the clamping plate, and the end, away from the telescopic rods, of the clamping plate is fixedly provided with two suction cups. Through arrangement of a first air cylinder and the second air cylinder, the two sides of goods can be clamped effectively when the goods are hoisted, the situation thatthe goods are shaken by a large margin in the process of being hoisted, and consequently the goods are damaged is effectively avoided, and the technical problems that in the prior art, when a suspended crane hoists the goods, the goods are hoisted through a hook and thus are probe to being shaken, and consequently the goods are damaged is solved.

    本发明公开一种悬挂式自动化起重机的吊装系统及其吊装方法,包括两个底梁,两个底梁相互平行设置,底梁底部两侧均安装有行走机构,垂直板上安装有第二气缸,第二气缸上、下两侧均设置有伸缩杆,伸缩杆安装于垂直板上,第二气缸活塞杆贯穿垂直板且固定连接夹持板,伸缩杆贯穿垂直板且固定连接夹持板,夹持板远离伸缩杆一端固定安装有两个吸盘。本发明通过第一气缸和第二气缸的设置,使得货物在被吊装时两侧可以被有效夹持,有效避免货物吊起过程中发生大幅度晃动,从而造成货物损坏的情况,解决现有技术中悬挂式起重机吊装货物时通过吊钩吊起货物容易晃动,从而造成货物损坏的技术问题。
