The invention provides an electric vehicle charging load prediction method based on an improved time convolution network, and relates to the technical field of electric vehicle charging load prediction, and the method comprises the steps: decomposing an electric vehicle charging load time sequence into relatively simple components through variational mode decomposition (VMD); in order to avoid tedious calculation and error accumulation caused by excessive components, firstly, the complexity of each component is calculated by using sample entropy, and the components are superposed and merged to obtain a trend component, a long-time scale detail component, a short-time scale detail component and a fluctuation component of the charging load of the electric vehicle. Then, a double-end attention mechanism is added on the basis of a time convolutional network (TCN); and finally, respectively establishing an Attention-TCN prediction model for each component, and reconstructing a prediction result of each component so as to realize multi-step prediction of the charging load of the electric vehicle. And the charging load precision of the electric vehicle under the condition of multi-step prediction is improved.

    本发明提供了一种基于改进时间卷积网络的电动汽车充电负荷预测方法,涉及电动汽车充电负荷预测技术领域,该方法通过变分模态分解(VMD)将电动汽车充电负荷时间序列分解成相对简单的分量。为了避免分量数量过多导致计算繁琐和误差累积,首先利用样本熵计算各分量的复杂度,并对分量进行叠加合并得到电动汽车充电负荷的趋势分量、长时间尺度细节分量、短时间尺度细节分量和波动分量。然后,在时间卷积网络(TCN)的基础上加入双端注意力机制。最后对各分量分别建立Attention‑TCN预测模型,将各分量预测结果进行重构,进而实现电动汽车充电负荷多步预测。提高了在多步预测情况下电动汽车充电负荷精度。
