The invention relates to an intelligent traffic parking management system and method, and belongs to the technical field of intelligent traffic, and the system carries out the self-inspection of the operation state of the parking management system through the orderly cooperative starting of a rail obstacle detection device, a rail damage detection device, a trolley state detection device, a camera state detection device and a vehicle state detection device. A self-checking scheme is divided into four stages which are carried out in sequence, specifically, track anomaly detection is carried out, if the track is not abnormal, trolley operation anomaly detection is carried out, if the trolley operation is not abnormal, camera operation anomaly detection is carried out, and if the camera operation is not abnormal, vehicle state anomaly detection is carried out; therefore, comprehensive parking management system self-inspection is realized. The abnormity can be quickly and efficiently positioned when the parking management is abnormal; when the parking management system cannot realize parking management or operation is abnormal, through four-stage detection, abnormity positioning can be efficiently realized, and rapid and accurate response of repair and maintenance of related workers is facilitated.

    本发明涉及一种智慧交通停车管理系统及方法,属于智慧交通技术领域,通过轨道障碍检测装置、轨道受损检测装置、小车状态检测装置、摄像头状态检测装置、车辆状态检测装置的有序配合启动,对停车管理系统进行运行状态的自检;将自检方案分为四个阶段的依次进行,先进行轨道的异常检测,若轨道无异常,则进行小车运行的异常检测,若小车运行无异常,则进行摄像头运行的异常检测,若摄像头运行无异常,则进行车辆状态的异常检测;从而实现全面的停车管理系统自检。可对停车管理异常时进行快速高效的异常定位;当停车管理系统无法实现停车管理或运行异常时,通过四个阶段检测,可高效实现异常定位,便于相关工作人员检修维护的快速精准反应。
