The invention provides an intelligent parking management system and a parking method, which are used for solving the problem that a parking system in the prior art is easily influenced by severe environments such as weather and the like. The system comprises a main video acquisition device which is used for acquiring parking space information and vehicle information; an auxiliary acquisition device used for acquiring parking space information and vehicle information which cannot be acquired by the main video acquisition device; a server used for receiving parking information and vehicle information of the main video acquisition device and the auxiliary acquisition device by adopting a wireless communication module; a display device comprising a roadside display device and a parking area display device, wherein the roadside display device is used for receiving the remaining parking space information of the server by adopting the wireless communication module and guiding a vehicle to enter an indicated parking area; and a user terminal used for receiving the charging information of the server through the wireless communication module.
