The invention discloses a suspension guiding system based on laser positioning, which comprises a laser radar module, and further comprises a cargo boom auxiliary vehicle which is arranged on a cargo boom and moves along the cargo boom according to an auxiliary vehicle control instruction; the auxiliary vehicle following control module is electrically connected to the cargo boom auxiliary vehicle, the laser radar module and a control system of a tower crane cab, and is used for sending an auxiliary vehicle control instruction to the cargo boom auxiliary vehicle according to a preset lifting hook following logic; the guide control panel is electrically connected to the auxiliary vehicle following control module, is mounted in a tower crane cab and is used for man-machine interaction; wherein a laser radar main body of the laser radar module is mounted on the cargo boom auxiliary vehicle, and the visible range at least covers a lifting hook below the cargo boom trolley. The method has the effect of reducing the interference of middle obstacles in the tower crane process on suspension safety.
