The invention discloses an easy-to-adjust elevator traction machine based on bilateral braking. The easy-to-adjust elevator traction machine comprises a front cover, a machine base, a stator assembly, a rotor assembly, a main shaft, a traction wheel and a turning gear ring. The front cover is fixedly installed on the front side of the base, the stator assembly is fixedly installed on the base, and the rotor assembly is fixedly connected with the main shaft. A front bearing is arranged on the front cover, a rear bearing is arranged on the machine base, the main shaft is matched with the front bearing and the rear bearing, the traction wheel is fixedly installed at the front end of the main shaft through a shaft head pressing plate, the turning gear ring is fixedly installed on the rear side of the traction wheel, and an encoder is arranged at the rear end of the main shaft. Brakes are arranged on the left side and the right side of the machine base and matched with the rotor assembly; according to the scheme, the front box cover is additionally arranged on the front side of the machine base, the machine base is changed into an integral frame, the strength of the bearing machine base is improved, deformation of the machine base is reduced, the traction machine runs more stably, and the loading capacity is improved; the turning gear ring is arranged inside, so that turning is more reliable, a bilateral brake is adopted, and adjustment is more convenient.

    本发明公开了一种基于双边制动的易调节电梯曳引机,包含前盖、机座、定子组件、转子组件、主轴、曳引轮和盘车齿圈;前盖固定安装在机座的前侧,定子组件固定安装在机座上,转子组件与主轴固定连接;前盖上设置有前轴承,机座上设置有后轴承,主轴与前轴承和后轴承配合,曳引轮通过轴头压板固定安装在主轴的前端,盘车齿圈固定安装在曳引轮的后侧,主轴的后端设置有编码器;机座的左右两侧上均设置有制动器,制动器与转子组件配合;本方案在机座的前侧增加了前箱盖,将机座变为整体框架,使得承重的机座强度提升,减小机座的变形,使得曳引机运行更加平稳,提高载重能力;盘车齿圈内置,使盘车更加可靠,并采用双边制动器,调节更加方便。
