The invention discloses a large load-carrying bilateral braking traction machine which comprises a machine shell, a front end cover, a rear end cover, a main rotating shaft, a traction wheel, a rotor assembly and a stator assembly. The front end cover and the rear end cover are located at the front end and the rear end of the machine shell respectively. The front end cover and the rear end cover are each provided with a bearing assembly and a brake. The traction wheel and the rotor assembly are fixedly installed on the main rotating shaft, the stator assembly is fixedly installed in the machine shell, the rotor assembly is matched with the stator assembly, and a traction opening is formed in the machine shell; according to the scheme, the two ends of the main rotating shaft are used for supporting the statically determinate structure, the traction wheel is arranged in the middle, the stress stability of the main shaft is improved, stable operation of the traction machine is guaranteed, and the service life is prolonged; the main rotating shaft is of a front-back double-shaft brake structure, compared with a traditional disc brake, the structure is simpler, the braking effect is guaranteed, and the device is pioneering in China; the casing adopts a semi-open box body structure, so that the strength is ensured, and the casing can adopt a straight barrel type structure, so that the casing is more convenient to install and debug.

    本发明公开了一种大型载重双边制动曳引机,包含机壳、前端盖、后端盖、主转轴、曳引轮、转子组件和定子组件;前端盖和后端盖分别位于机壳的前后两端,前端盖和后端盖上均设置有轴承组件和制动器;曳引轮和转子组件固定安装在主转轴上,定子组件固定安装在机壳中,转子组件与定子组件配合,机壳上开设有牵引开口;本方案采用主转轴两端支撑静定结构,曳引轮中置,提高了主轴受力的稳定性,保证曳引机可以稳定运行,并提高了使用寿命;主转轴采用前后双轴刹结构,与传统盘式制动器相比,结构更加简单,并保证制动效果,属于国内首创;机壳采用半开口箱体结构,使强度得到保证,并且机壳可以采用直筒式结构,更便于安装、调试。
